Poncha is a typical Madeiran drink known by many and is part of our culture. Originally from India, it was brought by the English and the recipe was transformed by locals. The making of Poncha is simple but for those who know and have experience.

Thus, the objective of this Peddy Paper is to find along the route the ingredients necessary for Poncha and its recipe, which will be hidden in strategic locations. Towards the end, we will have a location with tables where each team will have to prepare their poncha and then taste it.
